The eye camera version shows "‍N/A"‍. Is that a problem?

If VIVE Pro Eye is disconnected from your computer, the camera is not in use, or you're using a developer kit with an older firmware, the eye camera version may show N/A.

If you have a developer kit with an older firmware, it may be incompatible with the latest runtimes and will require a firmware update to work properly. See How do I update the VIVE Eye and Facial Tracking runtime?.
