Binary Build
Characters to avoid in the file names:
Zip file
Compress your app binary and app support files directly. In other words, when the zip is decompressed, you will get the app binary and its support files, not a directory containing those files. See the notes below.
- All the file names have to be in Roman characters.
- Please use 7-zip, the program, and to use a 64-bit format to make the zip file and avoid using Windows/macOS built-in compression programs. Also, please stick to the zip format as our service is not compatible with other archive formats.
Version number
Please enter the version number of the build you are uploading to the console. For the next update, the version number must be higher, and please keep the same number of decimal points for it. See the examples below.
Manifest binary path for windows
Select your title’s main executive file in the dropdown box. Please note that if your app has a Data folder and an Engine folder, then the main binary should be placed in Appname\Binaries\Win64, where “Appname” is replaced by the name of your title.
Finally, the total character count for the path cannot be over 180 characters long, including the forward slashes. If your path exceeds 180, please adjust your directory and file names to fit.
