How do I fix compile or build errors after importing a custom package?

After successfully importing a custom Unity™ package, you may still encounter compile or build errors. Follow the steps below to upgrade the WaveVR SDK to fix the problem.
  1. Open an existing project using the old WaveVR SDK.
  2. Delete the Android folder in Assets > Plugins.
  3. Delete the WaveVR folder in Assets.
  4. Delete all the files in Assets > Plugins.
  5. Import the wvr_unity_sdk.unitypackage into the current project again to get the Assets/Plugins/ and Assets/WaveVR/ files and folders.

You can also create a new project, import wvr_unity_sdk.unitypackage, and then copy the files and folders to existing projects that are still using the old WaveVR SDK to upgrade them to the new WaveVR SDK.

Important: You need to do steps 1 to 3 before copying the files and folders into existing projects.
