VIVE Wave SDK Early Access Updated-3.1.94

We are pleased to share that the new update of Wave SDK 3.1.94 Early Access with several Experimental Features is online. There are features to improve your content performance, provide more immersive user experience and support your development with user-friendly develop tools.

Adaptive Quality

How to maintain balance between rendering performance and power consumption? Try our new approaches to dynamically change Eye Buffer and/or enable Fixed Foveated Rendering to increase with more stable and smooth FPS.

Pass-Through Overlay

Be aware of surrounding environment when you are out of safety boundary with more intuitive user experience by gradual alpha blending from virtual scene to pass-through.

Spatial Audio

Immerse sense of hearing in VR, Spatial audio simulate realistic sounds inside the virtual world.

Direct Preview for Unreal

Directly preview your content in HMD via Wi-Fi in development stage to help you to add, modify, or remove your objects in editor on the fly.
